I get a burger with a very low fat:lean ratio (eg 5 to 95%), dust it with bread crumbs to keep it together(the low fat ratio makes the burger VERY brittle), throw on some powdered garlic, barbecue it, put it on any bun (im not picky when it comes to bread), and enjoy! (I have so many different side dishes they're too numerous to name :(. )

try having a vegetarian burger with a helping of salad.
if you want healthy did you try ground turkey instead of beef? its needs to be seasoned because it takes kinda plain.
regular burger i think is not healthy with the beef patty but to make it healthy, you better make it a go-grow-gloe-rich-burger.. use wheat bread, beef, lettuce tomato and cucumber and your ready to go for a healthy meal!
actually what is not healthy is to mix meat (protein) with bread (carbs)... but if you can grill the meat (not pan fry it like Burger or McD) is better.
a veggie burger with extra salad.
Obviously you are a meat lover so dont waste your time trying those veggie burgers. They are not bad, but for a meat lover they are no substitute for meat!
Go healthier by using ground buffalo instead of beef. buffalo is much leaner and healthier. Also you can try mixing in some ground turkey to your beef to cut the fat.
Using the George Foreman is a fantastic way to grill your burgers if its to cold to go outside. So keep that up.
You can also drop the carbs by skipping the bun and eating your burger like a chopped steak. Yummmy, now I know what I am having for dinner tonite!!!!! Thanks
