there are great ways to sneek in your cinnimon in for the day. have you tried it in coffee. or even tea. (lovely flavor) sprinkling a bit on toast is another. try cutting up an apple and sprinkle some on that is great as well.

It's impossible to eat a spoonful of cinnamon by itself - something about it's make-up. Didn't you see all the Youtube videos where people attempted to eat some??

Well you sure seem obsessed about cinnamon. You keep asking :)
In reality you can find information out there about every food under the sun and it's supposed health benefits. Today's big food news is whole grains, again. I person could go crazy.
So eat your cinnamon, have it on toast or mix it in some water. You will not be able to eat a tsp straight.
I suppose you can probably even find a supplement in the health food stores by now.

put some in your hot chocolate!
Also make some cinnamon toast. (cinnamon mixed with sugar)
Its so yummy!
