White chocolate is NOT chocolate. In order to be chocolate, it needs cocoa powder in it... and white chocolate does not.

I love white chocolate, but it's not chocolate. Its good old fashioned sugar. Real chocolate is rated by its darkness, the purer it is, the darker.

Usually a mix of cocoa butter, milk sugar vanilla flavoring. The cocoa solids are what make chocolate brown.

chocolate thats white. duh.

White chocolate isn't technically chocolate at all.. as there is no cocoa in it. it's just the cocoa butter which is really the fat from the cocao pods. usually flavored with a bit of vanilla

Disgusting...
And shares a name only.

White chocolate uses cocoa butter (but not cocoa powder) as a major ingredient, along with the other chocolate staples like milk, cream, sugar and such.

White Chocolate = YUM!!!
