Whaddya have on your grilled, juicy hot dog? What brand of dog?!
Answers: i would have a Ballpark brand with mustard and slaw... yum!
Let's see; I once tasted this fantastic New York Hot Dog on a trip to the East Coast. Even though it had no ketchup, there was lots of good stuff on it. First there would be the toasted white bun with the delicious hot dog in it (maybe Ballpark, maybe Oscar Meiyer, I didn't ask). A pile of sweet relish on the right of the dog; a pile of chopped onions on the left of the dog, and we've got the base. Next, there would be three slices of fresh tomato on the right, and some crunchy gherkins on the left, which would be the middle. Lastly would be a quarter of a sour dill pickle, so the hot dog would have a mini "salad" on top. As the grand finale, there would be a beautiful squirt of good old mustard. Wrapped up in paper and delivered into my hands, that was no doubt one of the best hot dogs I ever tasted. That would be the New York Hot Dog!!!
(My mouth is drooling excessively right now.)
chili cheese dog from a&w...double yum!
I absolutely love saugy dogs from Rhode Island, but they're hard to come by, unless you're in RI, of course. Aside from them, I go for Oscar Mayer, with the ends cut with an X, grilled or griddled in butter, served on a steamed bun with cheap yellow mustard, chili and onions. Oh, and, Sir, may I have an udder Miller Lite por favor?
ballpark with sauerkraut,& mustard or chili, cheese, onions and mustard depending on my mood....
I like Hebrew National with avocado and mustard. Really.
I used to like Ballpark, until I moved to New York. I got used to beef franks here, so my favorite would be Hebrew National - no weird chemical additives.
I have several favorite ways to eat them.
* mustard and onions
* mustard, chili, onions, and slaw
* mayonnaise, avocado, chopped tomato, onion (South
American style)
* mustard and New York style onion sauce
Oh yum! I ADORE hotdogs. I like Ballpark - the big and juicy ones. I also like Bryans hotdogs, too! I love grilled onions and the yellow mustard. mmmmmmmmm, my mouth is watering to fire up the grill and make them.
I am a Yesterdog! fan, but unless you live in or around Grand Rapids Michigan your not going to get one of those.. Simple dog, with chili, mustard, ketchup, onion and shredded pickles.. MMMMMMM MMMMMMMM GOOD!
Where I live now, I like these John Morrell New York deli beef hot dogs. Where I am from in Michigan, Kogels. And nothing beats a good vienna hot dog.
I love coney islands and chili cheese dogs with mustard and onion.
The works- ketchup, mustard, and relish to topped with sour krout(srry, idk how to spell that)
Brand- my hot dog has a first name-its O-S-C-A-R . . . you get the point (and I know that's not really how it goes)
