I LOVED SURGE!!!! Im pretty sure all those shrinkage myths were fake. Supposidly Mountain Dew is supposed to do it too....so idk. Even if it does, I'm pretty sure it barely shrinks it cause if it really did it seems like that would have been confirmed and people would know it. So im gonna go with no, it doesn't.
