I went to this really interesting restaurant called Moto where I had most of this stuff.

1. Escargot
2. Pancake batter "reversed cooked" on a metal sheet cooled by liquid nitrogen
3. Caesar salad - puréed romaine lettuce dripped into liquid nitrogen (kind of like dippin' dots), dressing, and a crouton.
4. This one type of fungus that grows on corn
5. Sweetbreads (a gland in a cow's brain)
6. Cotton candy truffle - white chocolate filled with liquid cotton candy
7. Carbonated grapes
8. Carbonated oranges
9. Krispy Kreme soup (tasted exactly like a Krispy Kreme... kinda scary)
10. My menu from the restaurant (it was edible ink printed onto rice paper and baked onto a flatbread)
11. A concoction that my father makes... it's a couple of eggs with hummus, black bean dip, whole wheat bread, salad, olives, and pretty much everything else you can think of in it
12. Caviar
13. Foie Gras (most people have had this but it's pretty gross when you think about it)
14. Pudding made out of ricotta cheese, salt, and cocoa powder (disgusting)
15. Soy pudding

There's a ton of other weird things that I forgot... most of it was really good though.

cat

a piece of crap called mcdonalds hahahaha good one make me best answer.

Octopus, it's pretty salty

snails...you're supposed to suck out the soft part/the body from the shells.

cat, dog, toad frog, sparrows, etc..........yes, I live in China

I know I have eaten something so weird that up to this day, I still do not know what it was.....I was on Bahrian, Persian gulf and we went to a restaurant and we just point at the menu...They brough us something meaty but it wasn't beef, lamb or anything else I have ever tasted....it was good, though

My friend think it was cammel meat

Hi, I just remember that I had eaten spicy shark chutney when i was in Seychelles. But it tasted great.

I was working on a contract in Thailand, right out in the sticks.
I found a cafe type of place and went in for a meal, menu all in double dutch!
I recognized 'chicken' , I ordered it and managed to convey to the waiter that I wanted it hot.
He returned about half hour later with a large tray which held a plate with a pineapple on it, he said "Hot OK"? I was baffled, folk were starting to stare at me wondering what sort of nut case I was!
I said "OK hot" He pulled out his lighter, flicked it at the pineapple, the pineapple burst into flames, I jumped out of my chair, I was about to do a swift exit!
A local rushed over to me , he could speak some English.
He told me "No problem"!!
No problem???? I had almost been burnt to death!!
When I calmed down the flames had gone out, the customer lifted the lid off the pineapple to reveal bits of chopped up chicken inside.
I thanked the guy and ate it, not very good at all, I dont want anymore.

Kiwi

I tried Durian in Vietnam. It is a fruit that smells so bad that most hotels in Southeast Asia ban people from bringing into their establishments. However, it is considered a delicacy, so I bought it in the market. All I had to do was follow the smell. The consistency was custardy but the taste can only be described as "foot." Since it is so revered in Vietnam I had to try it for a second time, this time in ice cream. When I ordered it the guy ask me if I was sure that I wanted to eat it, that most westerners don't like it. I told him I was positive. It once again tasted like wet foot but was far more creamy. However, I HAD to finish it because I didn't want to lose face. Good times.

1..Testicalus el Toro....in Spain
2..When I was young and immature (stupid), fresh monkey brains in Nepal, (Indiana Jones had chilled monkey brains, but the correct way to eat them is fresh (and Warm)).
Unfortunately, I think they still practise this barbaric act.

bamboo shoots and aligators !!!!!

crab mixed with sals and spices
