What's a healthy, but tasty snack?!


Question: Popcorn! Not that microwavable stuff, the air popped kind. Try adding lemon or lime juice instead of butter. Add some salt and pepper too.

1. slice a breauburn (Sp?) or honey crisp apples into thin slices
2. get some good extra sharp white cheddar cheese, slice it thin
3. some stone ground wheat crackers, if you like them (optional)
4. Enjoy!

My family loves this treat after dinner, we have this or pears with cheese almost every night for desert!

uhh...frozen grapes..taste like little balls of sherbert...sugar free fudgesicles..sooo good!!..snackwells devils food cake fat free..non fat yogurt r frozen yogurt..frozen bananas dipped in a bit of dark chocolate and nuts..granola bars...cereal..trail mix..dried fruit..rice cakes from quaker oats...baked cracker like triccuit or wheat thins..li hing mui apples....aplles with peanut butter..celery and pb with raisins...

celery sticks, baby carrots
laughing cow cheese with celery
part skim mozzarella cheese sticks
plain yogurt with fresh strawberries . I add a little Splenda & a little vanilla to
mine
reduced fat cottage cheese with cut up orange

and many more healthy snacks.
