If your talking about Healthy it doesn't matter unless it's organic
But if your talking Like the stuff in a can, Ask friends what kind they drink & try it out
tons of tea brands like arizona and tazo. if you want the best, try going to an asian store near you and try some foreign teas. it may be hard finding one but it'll be good
Try your local farmer's markets, this is where we get our tea and it is so good! It's all natural and just has this nice taste about it, not all processed and fakey. Otherwise maybe health food stores or asian specialty stores could have something similar.
About tea Japanese & Chinese have the best.
I'm sorry I can't give you the name cuz right now I'm in Thailand & I couldn't recall. But yes you sure can find it in China town.
