What is a pressed meat, such as pressed ham or turkey?!
Answers: I'm on a diet which requires that "pressed" meats be avoided. It says, "[avoid] luncheon meats made from pressed turkey and chicken". Does this mean Subways (and the local WaWa sandwich place - in NJ) is out?
yes. pressed meat is loaded with salt and preservatives. no one really knows what is used as a binder lol. this meat is just left over parts pressed into loaves. if you have ever been told " you don't want to know what hot dogs are made of" then you get the picture lol.
Probably...just avoid processed meats. I assume that's what a pressed meat is. Shouldn't be too hard.
you are on diet, ask who require this diet for you,
is it about salt, fat, sugar, digestion, allergy, ...
how do you feel,
pressed meat:
(what ever is too small to be sale as it is, mixed, stir with spices and other legally flavor, it is like sausage but in a larger format.
ok there are good sausage with high quality ingredients, so, let said it is like poor quality hot-dog sausage. percentage of fat salt, nitrate, may vary
.with some exception: (one between many of course)

asking the question if you can still go to subway on the web,
please consult specialist, real one, ideally more than one.
what is your weight, to you do exercise (are you able)
why subway and wawa, can you cook yourself, why to be on diet, maybe if you can know and understand what is going on in your body, you would know why no more pressed meat.
and if that should included some sub-s from subway.
