Answers: If you have a Whole Foods near you, they sell them there.

at the store, or make them

Caramel is better.

grocery store

go to your local supermarket or store like wallmart, wallgreens, or an store called sams clubs discount storeor simply go on line and check under looking for sweet treats, or foods , or speical candies.

Well besides amusment parks, you should be able to find them in four packs at your local grocery store. if not they sell the mix and it comes with sticks. You just have to get what apples you like to go with it. you should be able to get caramel apples in packs or buy the same mix as well.

Oh you make me hungery for a caramel apple with choco chips and peanuts stuck to it! Yummo!

they sell the mix and the apples at the store. Just heat up the dipping stuff on low heat, and then you can make your own.

HI abby...

I think you are asking the wrong people, not that I'm telling you off or something but think about, we have absolutely no clue where you live or what shops are near your for a matter of fact, Imagine if I asked you where I can buy some sweet for my 6 year old.......but hey ;-)

Every Question deserves a good answer.
How about we make one?

1. Get a nice apple and remove the stick on the top
2. Prepare your coating, now this depends on what you like but I would normaly use Brown sugar 1/2 tsp of water, food colouring gives your coating a more attractive look, and some sweets that melt quickly aswell, abit of light corn syrup.
3.Now the next step is VERY important because now you need to heat and caramelize your ingridients to make a caoting, now an ideal temp. would be 280-290F, be sure that these do not burn, remember not to stir the suger mixtre, this will cause it to crystalise, to avoid crystalization use a pastry brush with warm water to stop the sides to form crystals. Also make sure that these do not boil.
4 Ones that is done place your pot/pan in cool water to make the coating more stable and abit thicker, not too long thought, while doing that you can start coating your apple, either with a spoon or dipping it.
5. place your apple on a side plate that has abit of that syrup on it in the fridge.
6. In a few minutes your candy apples should be ready.

GOOD LUCK in making those or ofcourse you can opt in the easy way of doing them by going to the shops, not alot of shops sell candy apples these days anyway.

Hope this was Helpfull and hey Next time use GOOGLE or YAHOO search, I recon there are plenty of Ingridients or information where to by them.

Thanks
