I freeze them and cook them while frozen - they come out just fine. It's a good idea to drain off the liquid and put them in a freezer bag. And you need to take a knife and break them apart if they stick together.

yes but not while hot

yes you can freeze them and you don't need to un-thaw just put the frozen hotdogs in water and boil until they plump.

It is ok to put any meat product in soft packaging into the freezer. You might want to separate the dogs into sandwich baggies and seal them before freezing. Like 2 to a baggie?

go ahead and toss them into the boiling water or on a grill frozen!!

To unthaw is to freeze something make it solid. To thaw is to soften like melting!!

Education is a thing of beauty! Stay in school long enough to learn how to live in the world without asking how do I do this.

Go ahead and freeze them and then cook them from frozen.

It may take a bit of strength and a good (dull) knife to separate them while frozen, but they'll keep SO much longer there.

I buy them when they're cheap and pop them in the freezer for later.

yes, you can put them in the freezer when you first buy them .
if they are frozen solid they take a couple hours to thaw out. Or you can cook them frozen, in a pot of boiling water, on the stove, or in the microwave.
You can also thaw them in a pan of luke warm water in about 45 minutes, just keep changing the water once it gets really cold. Be sure to break up the hot dogs to get all of them evenly thawed.
If you use the microwave to thaw them in the package (NOT recomended!) it will cook the outside ones and the center ones will be frozen solid. You will also have a bunch of liquid inside the package, which gets messy..

Yes
I think around 15 min
Wait till they thaw.
