What oil can be contained in a french fries?!

Question: it is cooked french fries.....

Answers: it is cooked french fries.....

At home i advise peanut, or canola . Purchased out , usually the cheapest oil that can be bought , with no regard to health ,same with frozen fries unless purchased at stores like whole foods.Oil must be able to take 375F deg with-out burning.

French fries are cooked in vegetable oil.

Can be almost any cooking oil....Canola, Peanut, Vegetable etc...

first off, it is american fries...we aren't in france. second, veggie oil or peanut or even virgin olive oil are the best.
