How are ugli fruits packaged and how much would they cost if you ordered them from a restaurant supplier?!

Question: If a restaurant ordered them would they come in cases, and how many would be in the case, what size would they be?
And how much would it cost from a food purveyor like Sysco?

I've looked all over different restaurant supplier's sites, and I can't find this information. But i need to know for an exotic pruduce project in my purchasing class.

So any information, or if someone could tell me where I could find that info, that would be great.
Thanks.

I am a former chef and they are packed like all other citrus fruits, so a case or box would be the largest size you could get, and some suppliers like Sysco and other , "IF" they carry them will sell you some by the pound so you could get 5-10 pounds and box could be 20 lbs or more, when I got them they were wrapped in green tissue paper.

I happened to have worked in Jamaica and we used them in place of the U.S style oranges for cooking, not for drinking. They have a nice sweetish slightly sour taste, not a tart as the sour oranges they have in Puerto Rico or other latin countrys.

You're an ugli fruit
