Some breads, Rye is best! Oatmeal, steel cut, not quaker instant!

But swimming is very much more effective for losing most of what you want to lose!!

Just eat a very good healthy balanced food plan, with lots of salads of dark green leafy types.

Nuts, whole rice, wheat, oatmeal, etc.

Make sure you read ingredients, when buying cereals and breads (and pasta). If it's says "Refined" means it has been peeled, therefor, it is not whole grain.

Also, FYI: Usually whole grain foods are usually carbs (good carbs) which if you are swimming and need the calories, than whole grain is better than not. But if you are trying to lose weight or get rid of belly fad, try doing crunches, and eating more vegetables instead.

Whole Wheat Bread
Oatmeal
Flax on anything

Rachel Ray Show featured a "belly fat diet" (might want to check that out.)

Whole grain foods are grain foods, like cereal, crackers, rice, pasta or bread. They're made with at least 51% whole grains.

A grain is a little piece of food. It has a tiny edible shell, that's hard in texture. In most foods, this shell is removed to make the food taste better. In whole grain foods they leave at least half of the shells on.

"100% whole grain" means ALL the grains are whole. Those are the most healthy.

100% whole wheat bread and pasta, natural oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa.
