Answers: You mean the meringue cake? :S if so its delicious, but really sweet :D
If made right, it is just a meriange with a bit of vinegar added and cooked at a low setting in oven until set, then used as a platform for whipped cream and fruits, I saw Nigella Lawson on her program add some cocoa powder to the sugar se added to the beaten egg whites and made a chocolate flavoured one.
If you attempt one at home, buy a carton(s) of egg white from the dairy case were the egg subsitiutes are, why waste the yolks for this dessert, unles you make a cake or custard to go with it.
