Has anyone ever had a dish called smoked sausage pasta?!

Question: My mother used to make it years ago and I was wondering (if you've had the dish yourself) if you know exactly what type of smoked sausage is used in this dish and where I might buy it? (I live in the UK)

Hi,

You should use sweet or regular italian sausage in pasta.
The best way to find out about smoked sausage (which
can be bought in any deli or meat store) is to go and any
cooking program and search for the dish you are looking
for...i.e. Martha Stewart, The Food Channel, Italian Cooking....don't to go
Rachel Ray...her recipes are too fatty and salty and I
personally don't like her. Try these and see what you come
up with.
