Question: Jenny's Christmas Pie

1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 Tsp almond Extract
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 graham cracker crust
1 can cherry or raspberry pie filling

Mix milk with lemon juice and stir to thicken. Beat whipping cream with extract until peaks form. Fold into milk mixture and pour into pie crust. Top with pie filling and chill.

Quickest and Easy Cobbler

Preheat oven 350.

Heat up in saucepan any fruit, canned, fresh peeled, seeded cored, etc and sliced, or frozen. Our fave is strawberry (had it for our company for today's Sunday dinner)or peach.


In 8X8 or 9X13 glass dish, melt 1 stick butter.


Make a simple syrup bearly covering fruit with water, add for 2 c fruit 1/2 c sugar. Heat until almost to boiling. Remove.

Stir up in bowl but do not beat, 1 c milk 1 c self rising flour or 1 c flour and 1 t baking powder,
1 c sugar, dash vanilla. Pour into the hot pan over the melted butter. Spoon the hot fruit evenly over the batter. Pour on about 1 c juices. Sprinkle with a little crystal sugar or granulated if desired and dust with cinnamon.

Bake in preheated 350 oven aobut 25 minutes or until top is just golden and fruits are bubbly. Allow to cool slightly and serve up in large bowl with couple scoops of icecream. ENJOY!
