Name some good low calorie foods?!

Question: how "low" is low for you? I've got some great 0-100 calorie snacks that will allow you to munch - and feel full!
I love light 'n lively yogurt - 5 grams of protein, very low sugar, only 60 calories!
Fiber One Original Cereal - the 13 grams of fiber per serving fill you up fast, and with only 60 calories per half cup it's a steal (as compared to Wheaties 110 calorie 3/4 with very little protein and fiber!)

Certain Fruits will help you feel full and healthy....
Apples - 60-100 calories, depending on size...the skin in an apple contains most of the fiber!
Bananas, however, are HIGH in sugar and calories, providing you with lots of nutrition but stimulating your hunger!

Egg whites - only 17 calories per egg white, 5 g. of protein (all the fat, cholesterol, and most of the calories are in the yolk!)
Raw Veggies with 2 Tbsp hummus - 75 calories - yum!!
Sweet Potato - 100-125 calories - the healthy alternative to the starchy and sugar-raising white potato, this is great with some spray butter (0 cals) and some cinnamon (spices help your body burn calories!)
Frozen vegetables - an entire bag of certain vegetables (namely broccoli, brussel sprouts, okra, zucchini, red peppers, etc) have only 150 calories! The peas, lima beans, and corn have way more calories, however.
A can of tuna (water packed) has only 125-150 calories - and 27 grams of protein!!
Lettuce is very low in calories as well - I'll sprinkle some Basalmic Vinegar on there for a no-calorie, no-sodium flavor boost.

Good luck!
