Answers: I love packet Smash and would chose it over real mash any day.Do you agree or am I in need of help?

smash is very nice, but what you might try is to cook the spud and put butter in let it melt for two minuets then put a egg in and just a little milk, mash it for three minuets, then finish it off with a fork for 1 minuet.
then you will have the best mash potato in England
