The other answers have a lot of good foods. I just wanted to add this, please do not take over the counter iron supplements without consulting a doctor. I took 1 a day as per my doctor and I began to overdose. It is very easy to overdose on the over the counter pills.
i take and iron pill 2-3 times a week, along with a multi vitamin, b12, etc, anymore would be iron overdoes, put the pill gives you the iron you need b12 ia also really improtant when your not eating any meat
Besides the foods listed by previous answerers, cook your food in cast iron whenever possible. Iron from the pan will leech into the food and be absorbed by the body.
bread ,ham etc.
