Is it in anyway unhealthy to drink lots of spicy hot v8?!

Question: And by lots, I simply mean 3-4 6 oz. cans per day. I didn't really think much of it until I saw on the package (of 6) that it's a weekly package. That means you should only have one per day? That doesn't seem like very much and they're mathmatically incorrect anyways. I haven't noticed any problems yet (its only been a week) except I get quite thirsty due to it's high sodium content. I know it seems like a silly question because its only veggie juice, but i wonder why they only sell the spicy hot v8 in tiny little cans (and what else is yahoo answers for? silly questions).

The other poster said too much of anything isn't good for you. I would want them to explain how drinking too much of this product wouldn't be good for you and just what constitutes "too much". Don't worry about. There are things in life that you don't have to make a big deal over. This is one of them.

Too much of anything isn't good for you. The reason you get quite thirty is because of the sodium content. Instaed of o.d.'ing on the V-8 juice....drink more water. Read the nutritional information on V-8 very, very carefully. It's not quite as healthy as you think. The hot and spicy isn't as big of a seller as the original. That's the reason for the smaller cans. In the 70's Weight Watchers put out a cookbook where you could use the originial V-8 is salad dressings, etc.

what are you substituing it for food? dieting? if you are, just good ole water would be better.
