Dark chocolate (much more than milk chocolate) is rich in flavenols and catechins, antioxidants that are good for heart health. But you need to take the fat and sugar content into account as well, since being overweight is more of a risk factor than the antioxidants would compensate for.
You can find many of the same antioxidants in green or white tea.
i think its better for you than milk chocolate.. other than that it just tastes good
The darker the chocolate the more antioxidants in it. I personally like Dove's dark chocolate the best.

Conscious Chocolate is the most healthy brand of chocolate I've found yet. My favorites are the plain bar, the mint bar, the coconut bar, and the citrus zest bar.
All these answers, plus it's a step up from Hershey's. You're on your way to one of life's finer pleasures...next you should try Ghiardelli, Godiva, Guittard, Ferrero and Valrhona. Why not splurge and spoil yourself once in a while?
EDIT: I'm not fluffy, but I haven't found anyone who has a problem with just savoring one or two small squares of the darkest chocolates and being satisfied. It's especially satisfying with coffee or tea after a meal. Just enough.
