I live in Minnesota and we grow lots of different varieties but the most popular right now is Honey Crisp. It was developed here in Minnesota and is huge and crispy and delicious. Also, Haralson are grown here. A trip to the orchard every fall is a must for our family and there are lots of orchards around. Some do special things for the kids, like pumpkin patches, etc.
