You have to learn taking pleasure in healthy food. I find them yummy, for example grapes, oranges, melon (in summer it's the best), watermelon, mango, pineapple. They are all soooo good.
I love chocolat too but i know i shouldn't eat too much so I don't

I guess it is because you tend to eat so much of it because it taste good. You know, too much of anything is bad.

Human beings are hard wired to like sweet tastes, and fats help convey all flavors to the taste buds. Thus foods high in sugars and fats do indeed taste very good to us. However, fruits, veggies and low fat foods can also taste quite nice. You have to make your choices.
Evolutionarily speaking, it was an advantage to prefer the calorie dense (read: energy-dense) foods, as they gave you the greatest reward (energy) for the amount of work (hunting, gathering, growing, finding, eating). Culturally, how many of us grew up with our mothers and fathers offering cookies and ice cream as rewards? Versus how many whose parents said, "If you get good grades, we'll all go out and have a nice, juicy orange together?"

A lot of "good" food can be improved with some herbs and spices.
