no they are not, i eat oranges like that all the time... so do not worry about it...

No they are not spoiled at all. If you don't see any mold on the inside, you're good to go.

I need better light to see, but it looks very ripe, near rotting, but it looks ok, but it looks very ripe, i like ripe stuff

you have too much time on your hands. the last one looks like a blood orange. they are good and red.

i wuldnt eat it if you dont no dont want end up sik or sumthin but it looks dry n witout juice

No, I don't think so. Those marks are just on the skins. Peel them and you'll see that the pulp is still fine. If the pulp is or has green or brown in it then they have started to rot. You can eat around or cut out the rotten part and still eat the rest of the orange. But I'm sure they are OK. Eat them soon as they appear to have started the process.
