Are turkey burgers healthier than normal burgers?!

Question: Turkey burgers can be leaner than beef, but not always. This is where the difference is:

"Ground turkey breast" is definitely leaner than most burgers.

"Ground turkey" often includes dark meat and skin, increasing the fat and/or cholesterol content.

Most beef burgers are an 80/20 mix of meat-to-fat, although it can go as fatty as 73/27 or as lean as 93/7, which is leaner than "ground turkey". The key is to know exactly what you're getting.
