If the `crab sticks' are made of mixed white fish that's not a terribly thing and strawberries are full of vitamine C so again not too bad. However, humans need a balanced diet to survive healthily and eating too much food of any one type can lead to problems. I would advise her to vary the fish and fruit she eats.

umm...well, at least the starwberries r healthy!!! but she aint getting nearly enough nutrients..is she starving herself or she just likes this?..i reccommedn taking her to the doctor..could turn serious!

Just tell her it'll catch up with her.
She realise sooner of later that it's not very good.

It's just a phase. She'll tire of that diet soon enough. Don't worry about her unless she's just losing tons of weight...or gaining it.

That is the oddest combination of food i have ever heard of....hows your friends breath? Confront her just ask why is it that she is eating this combination...

Is she showing signs that she is unhealthy because of her diet?
Your concern is touching, however I am not so sure there is cause for alarm.
Have you asked your friend if she feels ok?
She may feel fine.
What would you confront her about exactly?
Maybe you could make her something you think is healthy and good for her and take it to her, telling her your concerned she is starving herself???

Hopefully it's just a phase, the crab stix are full of real Cr@p

and are no good to her at all.

Thank goodness for you in looking after her in this way.

You are a good friend...........! xxx
