What is the difference between refined white sugar and organic cane sugar?!

Question: refined means to process, so refined white sugar is processed and bleached sugar cane. Organic means without chemicals and genetic modification, so it is cane sugar [I assume you meant raw sugar- unprocessed] without pesticides or a product of a science experiment. You can still have organically grown refined white sugar, but it sort of defeats the purpose.

That's correct, except that refined white sugar typically comes from beets, not cane.
In Michigan we produce the most sugar beets of any state in the country.

Organic is always better, but typically costs more.
