Is it weird to hate food of a certain color?!
Answers: I knew a person who couldn't stand to eat anything red. I happen to dislike ketchup, and this person asked if I didn't like it because it was red (my answer was no). Then he told me about how he wouldn't eat spaghetti sauce, ketchup, or anything else red in color. Would you consider that weird?
Maybe he has Aspergers Syndrome, or Obessive compulsive Disorder.
Either way, that doesn't make them weird,
it makes them "unique"
Yes (That was easy).
yes very and ketchup is awesome and spagetthi. maybe it reminds him of blood thats why he doesnt like it. does he eat steak cuz its got red blood in it. lol
I would call that irrational.
Yes, it's weird.
Perhaps he associates red with blood. Or maybe when he was young he was forced to eat something red which made him ill and he developed this aversion.
He's not considering taste, texture, nutrition, etc and is missing out on some wonderful foods.
Not necessarily because for me, I love the taste of bananas, but I don't like the texture and that is why I will not eat them. I have the same issue with any type of melon.
So you could say I don't like to eat things with strange textures and your friend does not like to eat anything red. My husband does not eat anything green so trust me, its more common than you think.
When my husband was a kid he wouldn't eat anything green.
Yes I find that strange, what a funny world we live in!
ummm. . . . yea
I don't think it is weird-I have to agree with Jim's answer;"Maybe he has Aspergers Syndrome, or Obessive compulsive Disorder.

Jim's answer is the best so far-
Yes...thats odd. Maybe red reminds him of blood? Oh snap...there could be some trauma underlying this whole issue...
