Website for entering recipe ingredients to get total calories?!

Question: I am trying to find a website where I can enter the ingredients of a recipe to get the total calories. I can then figure out portion sizes. I heard that the Masterchef computer program has this option, but I would love to find something free on the Internet. Thanks.

www.sparkrecipes.com is the sister site for www.sparkpeople.com, a site that is geared toward healthy living, and community support. They have great recipes, too. It's all free.

On sparkpeople.com, you can track your calorie intake and see a graph for as much as a year at a time. It will also show you graphs for protein, carbs, and fat intakes so you can check to see if what you are eating is within the guidelines you set. Pretty cool stuff.
