What type of apple is best to juice?!
Answers: It really comes down to personal preference. I like to juice Granny Smiths and mix it with carrot juice. Whenever I wake up and feel like crap this helps.

Why not try a Rome apple, not to sweet, not to sour. They are also very good to sauce. It just isn't the time of year for apples. Although you can find them, they are expensive. In the fall you can find many more different types and can juice your favorite eating apple.
