VEGETABLES, cooking them makes them lose nutrients right???????!
what %? i heard they lose like 80% of the vitamins and stuff.
Answers: how much nutrience is lost when you cook/boil vegetables?

I think it depends on how you cook it and which vegetables you cook. However I THINK that some vitamins are not affected too much by the process while others are dramatically reduced. However I THINK that 80% might be a little to much unless if you cook it for a quite long time. But then again I dont know for sure. You have a good question.
They are still healthy. The faster you cook them such as stir fry they retain a lot of their nutrients.
its more like 60%,when you steam them only 20% is lost and they taste better ,so that is an option.
That's a myth. Some veggies are actually better for you after cooking. Some obviously lose a bit, but it's hardly drastic.
