Green tea--how do you fix it, what brands...etc...?!

Question: i know green tea is good for you, but the only way i can drink it is if i put a LOT of sugar in it,...so that i guess defeats the purpose.

however i LOVE arizona's green tea...but i know it doesn't have the same benefits as regular tea does..

how to you fix it...hot or cold, sweet or unsweet? how do you make it yummy and a joy to drink?

use splenda..its a sugar substitute but its not bad for you and you dont have to use alot to get a sweet taste from it. im the same way, i always use loads of sugar(when its regular sugar, not splenda) and people just look at me like im crazy...

I started drinking green tea because my doc said no more coffee, it was messing up my stomach.

I started with straight green tea but didn't like the flavor. Then I started mixing it with herbal teas like cranberry apple. Now I drink 5 cups a day and my blood pressure is almost normal.... There are many brands of herbal teas to mix it with and I like them all. It just depends on your tastes. I like lemon, apple, cherry, cranberry. If you don't want sugar try a sugar substitute you can find at a health food store. I have a whole shelf full of different kinds of . Enjoy!
