Can baby corn make tiny popcorn?!

No. The kernels aren't mature enough to pop. Don't ask me to explain that because it gets complicated. That is the short answer, though.

Nope! They can't pop.... that would be great though!

I guess if you dry it for a while, remove all water contents then its possible
