They're called "Baci," which means "kisses" in Italian. They're sumptuous chocolate surrounding a hazelnut, and each one is wrapped with a romantic message (go to website below). They're made by Perugina in a factory near Perugia in Umbria (Italy). Perugina is now owned by Nestle. You should be able to find Baci anywhere that offers a relatively complete line of Nestle confectionery products, and at stores that sell a range of fine chocolates. Also, here in California we see them all the time in Italian delicatessens.
