I see everyone who replied likes scrambled, but not me, I love over medium, I eat them for dinner, lunch and sometimes breakfast. My favorite side dish with the eggs is bread and butter with bratwurst.

i like fried eggs. scrambled is ok but it better have been cooking for a while. i like to cook myself saimin and break an egg in the soup base and let the heat cook it. it tastes greeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeat
