Fried pineapple...really good. They serve it at all of the Chinese places here in Nevada. It's like tempura pineapple with a nice sweet glaze over the top and seaseme seeds....mmmmm

Fortune cookie.

Lightly Sweetened cookies.

The chinese always tend to serve fruit fritters ie. Banana fritter or Pineapple fritter. They also serve tinned lychees in the restaurants which are lovely and refreshing after a big meal with lots of different flavours. The lychees are my favourite. I cant get enough of them.

chocolate dipped fortune cookies
