Question: B- nothing, I had to rush to school.

L- 3/4 cup of kraft dinner

D- A big salad with red peppers, tomatoes, and french dressing

snacks- 2 oranges
soy milk, a banana, and cinnamon in a blender together :P

i might have another orange or something later. or maybe some peanut butter ?

B - I had a high fiber bran muffin with orange and cranberry bits in it, I was in a hurry.

L - A vegan tamale with black beans in it and a side of rice and veggies

D - whole wheat pizza without cheese, just roasted artichokes, mushrooms, onions and olives

Snacks - kettlecooked potato chips, dark chocolate covered almonds

I'm going to have soy ice cream before bed! I always do ;)

Yes :) Dark chocolate CAN be vegan, usually the ingredients are cocoa, cocoa liquor/cocoa butter and sugar! I have a HUGE sweet tooth. It depends on the company, some add dairy to their chocolate, which spoils it in my opinion and cheapens it's quality. Report It

    breakfast - strawberry yogurt

    lunch - pretzels, cigarrette

    dinner - a salad and a philly cheese steak hot pocket lol

    B- Golden Grahams
    L- nothing
    D- Fish & coleslaw
    Now, I am eating spumoni ice cream, yum!
    Later, maybe a cookie? Or more ice cream :-)

    I've had a protein shake, a mini bag of popcorn, bottle of apple juice, and some crackers. Maybe soup later.

    i don't eat breakfast (I know thats bad)
    Lunch i had a little bit of a grilled cheese but the school food isn't very good and i think i might go get some soup or something right now

    Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sweet roll., and grape juice. Lunch was chicken quesadillas and lemonade.
    I'm having an orange soda now and will have something light for dinner, maybe cereal or a yogurt. I'm still stuffed from lunch.

    Breakfast-2 cinnamin sugar whatever poptarts
    Lunch-Chicken drumstick and mashed patatoes & chocolate milk
    Dinner-Lasgna and some root beer
    Snack-some fruit snacks and a banana

    I may have some of those two sided ritz crackers later/

    Breakfast - Life cereal and coffee

    Lunch - leftover mushroom pasta and peach yogurt

    Dinner - I'm making split pea dahl right now!

    Might have a blood orange for a snack before bedtime!

    B - A Kashi dark chocolate cherry granola bar

    L - 2 slices of cheese pizza

    D - Haven't had yet but it's going to be roast chicken and mashed potatos.

    I am about to have a big goblet of vodka w/pineapple juice

    It sounds like your super healthy. Im healthy and not. I have had a stale muffin from last night for breakfast out the door, a skinny vente vanilla latte. For lunch a southwestern salad with grilled chicken breast at Jack in the Box. Then I stopped to get gas and got a king sized peanut m&m and one of those 5 hour little energy drinks, oh yeah and a pack of mentos. So far that has been it. My daughter is cooking me dinner tonight and it is going to be a chickine breast and some spinich. Oh...I forgot I also had a orange I brought from home to work. I eat alot I just noticed. Oh well...and Im always hungry.

    b- low fat yogurt with m&m's in it.
    l- soft pretzel dipped in spagetti sauce
    d- angel hair pasta with homemade sauce


    ****i'm trying to go vegetarian.

    l- grilled chicken sub with cheese and peppers and onions, and tater tots

    ill probley have a eat n' park smiley cookie later
