This is what I ate today... Is it bad?!
One yogurt
5 plain white castle hamburgers
3piece cheese stick
A few french fries (maybe like 10)
28oz slurpee
Krispy Kreme original donut
Krispy Kreme creme filled donut
one cup of tropical juice
one cup of orange pop
scaloped potatos with cheese.
2/3 bag of hot cheetos (99cents size)
one can coke zero.
Answers: One slice of colby jack cheese

Well, it's basically a lot of junk food, so if that's what you mean, then yeah it's kind of bad. Sounds darn tasty though :)
Lol, if you eat all that stuff, you may not have to worry about your body anyway. If you have the metabolism of my boyfriend, you could eat twice all that and more and never gain a pound :)

Sorry, but I kind of have to say yes... All of that is mostly junk except for some of the dairy products being good for you.

Too much of anything isn't good....The cheese might be ok, as are the yogurt and potatoes, but drop the rest or cut it in half.

Yeah, it's probably wayy too many calories. There aren't very many sources of fruits/veggies either.

Maybe you should try some more healthier foods and nutrients your body needs and don't eat so much in a day just have a big breakfeast about 2/1 things for lunch and not a big dinner you can have a snack every hour too! Hope it helps

Yea um.... the amount is no problemo, but you need to make sure that it is not fattening food that you aree eating.
Might want to cut out the in between meal snacks,because if you do eat like this on a regular basis....you might not be able to see your feet soon.
FIVE???? cheesburgers? wow. and a donut and pop and french fries and cheetos nd cheese......need i say more? OK , heres some tips: eat in smaller portions of heathier food MORE often..like carrots with a low fat dip...then a couple hours later, some special k cereal with low fat milk....its all about timing and just watching low fats and whats in the food u eat! good luck

Sorry, but you ate a little too much. All you really ate was junk food. You didn't have any fruits or vegetables. Maybe instead of the 2\3 of bag of hot Cheetos you could of eaten an apple. And instead of drinking Coke Zero you could have drank a big glass of water. And last instead of eating the Krispy Kreme donuts you could of eaten broccoli or one small plate of macaroni. Have a nice time eating less

umm..tahts was not a healthy day..sorry...cut back some and replcae doughtnuts with fruit...no soda!!
