Italy and Italy. Real southern Italian food though, not the bland stuff we get in the UK or US, but the spicy stuff with 10 different meats on one table, and desserts from northern Italy.

I love Thai food. Everything is so fresh, and ranges from really spicy, to savory. For dessert, I would say the French! Creme brulee, anyone?

It's not fair...but the USA. We have access to the world's groceries and cuisines and the good fortune to be able to afford it most of the time.

"Best" is so subjective, especially when it comes to food. I have lived and traveled all over the world, and have many "favorites". Thai cuisine is wonderful, diverse, and full of surprising flavors. Indo/Pakistani food is delightful as well. You can't beat the grilled meats from Iran and Afghanistan, unless you throw Turkish kebab into the mix. In Europe, my favorites are Italian and French. There is nothing quite like "mussels in Brussels" with wonderful frites (fries). Portugal has wonderful seafood and great bread. The steak in Central and South America are hard to beat anywhere -- again, unless you consider Kobe beef from Japan or elsewhere in Asia. The best "spring rolls" have to be lumpia from the Philippines.

Which cuisine "reigns supreme"? Why, Italian, of course! French desserts are tops for my taste.

Depends what you are asking, variety, choice, specialities,etc.
I have been in 18 different countries,six cruises and as a result have tasted, and consumed so many exotic dishes, and [supposedly] erotic ones. I have come to the conclusion that the most flavoursome, variety, well cooked food is to be found here in the UK in the BEST resturants, that is savioury and desserts. But if i had to pick the very best for all round satisfaction, service it would be on P&O cruises with Indian stewards they seem unbeatable. Answering the question though seems to depend on the persons` income, and the company they mix with. I`m not a snobi was a market trader, and now at 87 still trading, but now on the stock market.
