dietary advice - fats, carbs, salt and dairy are good for you in moderation. eatting this large amount each day will leave andy without many nutrients and vitamins needed to keep his body healthy and strong.

positive - andy eats a soild breakfast each morning or cereal and milk. if any avoids his vegetables at dinner, chances are he is eating protein for dinner?

constructive critisim - andy's body cells, digestive system, immune system and blood cells require more then what andy is currently offering his body.
by 9 oclock andy's body is crying out for nutrients which is misinterpreted by andy as the need for chips.

andy needs to change these habits. for breakfast andy could look at the quality of the cereal and make sure it has whole grains. he could add some fruit to the cereal or drink home made fruit juice. drinking half a litre of water at breakfast prepares the body for the upcoming day.
not having morning tea can make the body lathargic, so andy could eat a piece of fruit and drink half a litre of water for morning tea.
for lunch andy could choose healthier options from the shop or he could make his own wholemeal and vegetable-filled pizza. and drink a half litre of water.
afternoon tea prevents crazed chip consumption while waiting for dinner, so eating a piece of fruit and half litre of water will do wonder.
dinner - find vegetables andy does like. hide them in stir frys, rissoles, salads, pizzas, pasta, meatloaf, roasts etc.
drink herbal teas or water and eat nothing after 8pm.

this diet will improve andy's thinking capability, inner strength, immune stystem and over all health and well being.

Hey, at least Andy has breakfast! If it's not some sugar-dominant cereal, that's not so bad. He can have the hamburger, FF, and cola for lunch if he just adds a salad or some vegetable soup (Progresso makes some great choices). He could add raisins or an apple to his breakfast, too.

Pizzas and tacos can be modified to add veggies...or he could have a side salad, too. Shredded zucchini is almost unnoticeable in either tomato sauce or with ground beef (in tacos). He could have a cup of store-bought applesauce for dessert, and that would help too.

Andy's diet is a little deficient in fruits and veggies, but it's easily modified to meet his nutritional needs.

you must be mom...i think you should ask some of the good folks in the vegetarian &vegan side..im sure they could be very helpful ...good eating

Eat your fruits boy!

That is a tall order, jennifer...
However......
Good nutrition and balance meal will enhance his ammunity system and provide him from getting sick.
Junk food will only create bad face complextion,

I did survive on Pizza and maccaroni and cheese while on college..so, I guest as long as he change his eating habits ...will be ok....Young people can tolerate much longer
