For breakfast, some cereals are good (look for whole-grain and high-fiber with dry fruits and low sugar.) Also have a banana; it's filling and high in potassium. On weekdays or non-school days, don't have cereal. Have eggs (you can decide what type, but sunny-side up isn't as good for you as boiled eggs or--if you mix vegetetables into it--omelletes.) A fruit is still good, though.

Do not eat the same lunch every day! That's bad for your body. You need variance. But whatever you eat, also have some nuts (you can pick which kind based on what you like) and fruit (preferably not the same kind each day. Almost all kinds are healthy. If you follow my advise to have a banana with breakfast, have a different fruit with lunch. Red grapes are healthier than green.) Yogurt is really good for you as well, as long as it doesn't have high fructose corn syrup.

So, for lunch, basically have fruit, nuts, yogurt, and then something substantial that you aren't having every day. What you have depends on your tastes, but avoid mayonnaise. Also, if you have a salad, easy on the dressing. It's terrible for you. I'd advise seafood twice a week; since you're taking it to school a tuna sandwhich and sushi would be the best bets.

cereal..cheerios or kashi go lean or special k or oatmeal or cream of wheta..breakfast: cereal, bananas apples..all natural pb has no sugar, just natural sugr that peanuts have.....lunch: turkey sandwhich, carrot sticks, apple, granola bar with yogurt..grapes
dinner: sandwhich, cereal, toast, salmon or chicken

Breakfast: Protein rich foods (eggs, yogurt, etc), Fiber rich foods (cereals) and at least one source of vitamin C (orange juice, fruits, etc).

Lunch: Turkey/chicken sandwiches, Soups, etc

check the nutritional facts for the amounts of sugar in products. good things to eat for breakfast would be nonsweetened cereal with lowfat milk or eggs. for lunch you could eat a chicken salad to get the protein you need & fruit so you wont want to eat any sugary things later on.

Try Kashi Cereal for Breakfast, it's gold when your looking for a healthy carb load in the morning as an alternative to oatmeal. PB&J is fine if you are about to exercise it'll give you a quick source of energy, however complex carbs are better for when you need a source of energy to last you a while, for example; rice, pasta, or beans. Also proteins help build muscle. In other words.. try chili, sushi, or even spagetti.
