Healthiest fast food option?!
Answers: Sometimes I get pressed for time. What's the best option for fast food? I like the southwest salad from Jack In The Box but I know the dressing is a killer. Any ideas?

At Jack in the Box, a healthy meal would be 4 grilled chicken strips and a side salad with low fat balsamic dressing. All that comes to about 300 calories. You could even go for the chicken fajita pita for just 280 calories or chipotle chicken ciabatta with grilled chicken for 250 calories. Avoid all the crispy and spicy sandwiches.
Why not go for a kids meal instead? Go for chicken breast strips or a hamburger with the applesauce cup.
If you feel the need to splurge at Jack in the Box go for the seasoned curly fries over the natural cut fries (small size always!) due to a lower calorie and fat content.
At McDonald's, a hamburger has only 250 calories and the grilled chicken snack wraps have between 260 and 270 calories depending on the sauce you order.
Burger King offers a veggie burger. Order it without mayo and the calorie number is 340 with only 8 grams of fat.

How about you try Subway? Yes, you have to walk in but they usually complete your order very fast and not a lot of people go there. Firehouse Subs are also really good but both places have really good subs.
NONE because if you wanna get healthy the sad truth is that you will have to give up fast food all together, SORRY :(
i think subway is good. because it has a lot of salad inside that. and it is also so tasty and has a lot of variety.
Subway is not very healthy as a whole, but they do have a great sandwich that is. It's called the veggie delite. Make sure to get it without cheese and mayo.
If you have a Togo's near you, the hummus sandwich and avocado-cucumber sandwiches are great healthy bites.
The premium grilled chicken at McDonald's is good just hold the dressing. You can use the lowfat ranch instead. Its even on wheat bread. Taco Salads are not to bad especially if you hold the beans.

check out Mens Health online--they have article about healthier choices at restaurants, fast foods and such--example--a big mac has 500 calories--burger kings double whopper w\cheese has 750 calories--you would be really shocked at some of the calories in the drinks section--they didn't say they were healthy, just healthier--the section is called Eat this, not that--you will probably have to it in their search section
Pita Pit is good. Actually pretty healthy.

If you want a healthy burger, toss half the bun, the rest is salad, a little lean beef, maybe some cheese and the bun is the only bad part of them.
Real salad dressing is not bad for you!! most of them use olive oil or canola oil for the base!! Get the dressing on the side and only use half of the amount in serving cup. that will save you half the fat and it tastes better than the soury vinegary fat free junk.
Why is everyone so afraid to have a bit of fats in their food plan?? it keeps your brain functioning, oils your insides, makes your skin nice and soft and flexible, makes your hair shiny!!

Try firehouse subs. I don't know if they have them in Cali but I like it much better then subway.
Well....Subway..with all the veggies on whole wheat ...!
Water at any of them is really the only healthy alternative :)
