On weekends when we all have time this is my fav brkfst. But when I work its cream of wheat with raisins and a bit of maple syrup.

Here is what todays brkfst was: a small 1/4c bowl of fresh blueberries, strawberries and grapes"green and red"

Main part was 2 eggs scrambled with salt and pepper and a bit of basil chopped up. Hashbrowns with salt, pepper, basil and a tiny bit of cheddar cheese melted on top, 2 slices of bacon extra crispy, and 1 creamcheese topped strawberry pancake.

Drink- 1 med 8z glass fresh orange juice, 1 small cup of mint tea, and for a finisher a 6 oz glass of lemon water " digestive aid".

Country ham, three over medium, grits with red eye gravy, buttermilk biscuits, butter, peach preserves, apple juice and coffee, thank you very much.
