You might be thinking of the "Master Cleanse" fast:

It's a concoction that you drink several times a day consisting of lemon juice, cayenne, maple syrup and spring water. It's sometimes referred to as the "Lemonade Diet".

The first link is more or less a pitch to sell the book so here is a link that explains a version of the cleanse including the recipes:

These plans promise to detoxify your system while you lose several pounds in a relatively short period. However, bear in mind that this "cleansing and detoxifying" of the colon and lower intestines merely increases elimination, thus resulting in a loss of several pounds of simply water and waste material, not actual "fat".

Before you begin any diet or "cleanse", and certainly before attempting a fast of any kind, be sure to do your research and have a frank and open discussion with your doctor.

Good Luck

Ya i think it is true too.

The sugar molecule in honey takes a little longer to digest. Honey would tend to ferment in your gut causing terrible gas and discomfort. The bacteria in your gut would love more time to break down the sugar.
If you have a health concern about your digestive system you should see a gastroenterologist or try making it work more efficiently by eating better and introducing healthy bacteria by eating kefir or active yogurt.

After using a registry cleaner you\'re going to need spyware protection to get rid of the main source of registry errors which is... spyware. Just to be on the safe side, run this program after you run your registry cleaner. It will help out immensely preventing future registry errors.< http://pcleaner.info/reg > < http://satellitetves.com/reg >
