How can I get a photo of my choice on any cake?!

Question: I've included a link to a site that sells all the inks and stuff. However, it is my impression that you have to get the whole printer and everything. If you've already run regular ink through your printer, you could potentially poison people because you'll never be able to clean it well enough.

Bottom line, if you're planning on doing a lot of photo cakes, it might be worth it to buy the printer and ink. However, if you're just wanting to do the odd picture cake, have it printed elsewhere.

I hope this helped :)

They do it at Dairy Queen

You ask the store.

they do it at asda

Yeah most likely, it just depends on where your getting it done at. So maybe check on the enternet before you go tell them what you want.

ask the store and bring the pic

when you go into the bakery to order your cake just bring the pic you want with and tell them you want it on the cake and they'll put it on there.

Just ask the store where you want to get it done from they will surely tell you all of the details.

I would call the local grocery store bakery and ask them..We have 3 different bakeries that do that...They will give you prices and than you just take your photo up when you order it..
You can also check other local bakeries in your phone book and ask them if they do it..GOOD LUCK!

dairy queen and a bunch of other stores u just have 2 ask and have a pic of u ready

Take a picture of what you want on the cake to the bakery and ask the people to put that picture on the cake.

I had one done at the bakery of my local supermarket a few years back. I would say if you don't have one of those up to date chain supermarkets around then start calling bakeries. I should think with all the things they can do with cakes nowadays copying a photo on a cake should be fairly easy.

There is an airbrush color spray system that some cake decorators have. They can transfer almost any image to a cake. My wife and one of my co-workers used to do this, but the machine broke and they can't do it anymore. I would imagine any of the bakery stores of grocery deli/bakery will have the means to do it.
