Eating once a day?!
Answers: When I go to school I do not eat breakfast in the morning. When it comes to lunch time at school, I only eat a very tiny snack. Then when I come home, I eat a big meal. And that is it until the next day. Should I start changing my eating habits, and how?
Breakfast is an important meal. It gives you the energy to go through the day. I went through that type of schedule when I was in high school. But eating something small like cereal or fruit in the morning could be enough so your body doesn't eat itself away. Also, eating small (healthy) snacks throughout the day can help ease hunger and it's better for your body than starving yourself all day and then pigging out at dinnertime
when you have nothing to eat in the morning your body gets the feeling that it is starving its self so then what ever food you eat at lunch it will store as fat. now when you eat dinner your body gets out of the starving mode and goes back to normal but then it will start all over in the morning so yes change you eating habits!!!
dont forget to eat healthy to
You should always eat breakfast for the reasons already stated. If you're in a rush, try Instant Breakfast or a high protein bar (check out SouthBeach products if you don't like the high protein sports bars). Something high protein does a better job of maintaining a steady blood sugar level, which your body needs to keep functioning through the school day. Low blood sugar will make your feel irritable, you'll have a hard time concentrating, you may feel dizzy, etc.
You are ruining your metabolism.
Eat a small meal in the morning, a normal healthy lunch and cut down on the dinner portions.
