Quick and easy recipe with mushrooms please?!
Answers: it is the day before i go shopping - i have loads of mushrooms, loads of cherry tomatoes, some cream some asparagus and the usual store cupboard ingredients. any quick and easy recipes i can make for evening meal tonight? thanks!
INGREDIENTS
1 (12 ounce) package penne pasta
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
tomatoes
mushrooms
5 spears asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In a bowl, toss mushrooms, red bell pepper, tomatoes, and asparagus with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Arrange vegetables on the baking sheet, and roast 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until tender.
Heat remaining olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Stir in the onion and garlic, and cook until tender. Mix in cooked pasta, lemon zest, basil, parsley, and balsamic vinegar. Gently toss and cook until heated through. Remove from heat and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with roasted vegetables and sprinkle with Romano cheese to serve.

Fry an onion, chopped mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes in a pan. Smells good, great on toast.
Take some fresh garlic, crush it and fry (just a litlle bit of oil, a tablespoon or two) . Add some smoked ham (if you can get prosuto, even better!) and the sliced mushrooms and chop the green asperagus. Stir fry and add some chicken soup or beef soup dice. Boil some spaguetti. When spaguetti are done, mix with the mushrooms and asperregus. Add some fresh parsely to make it look nice Make salad with cherry tomatoes, some onions, cucumbers, salt, vinegir and some good olive oil.

2 cans (7 oz. net wt. each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained, liquid reserved
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLé? CARNATION? Evaporated Milk
Directions:
Chop mushrooms. Add water to mushroom liquid to make 2 cups.
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in flour and seasoned salt; return to heat. Stir in mushroom liquid mixture, evaporated milk and mushrooms. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
