Question: Carbonara made by cooking chopped smoked back bacon and 1/2 a chopped onion in olive oil and butter. Season then add the cooked spaghetti, plus a small carton of double cream. Stir, add an egg yolk, stir again and serve with grated Pamesan. Mmmmmm.
