Well I started my diet and all I can have for 3 days is 2 eggs half and orange in the day and the other half in the afternoon and all the chicken i want ooohhhh yeah of course a lot water

Lunch - Broccoli soup and cauliflower/chick pea/chard mix with spices (all homemade, yum)
