Breakfast - Raspberry Pop Tart

cereal, yogurt, rice, chicken sausage with mixed veggies

100 calorie bagel with a slice of tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Well I started my diet and all I can have for 3 days is 2 eggs half and orange in the day and the other half in the afternoon and all the chicken i want ooohhhh yeah of course a lot water

a chicken sandwich and a water. tryin to loose weigfht. dont eat much any more

had some granola and almonds..up in the air for lunch. I brought some baked ziti but I am feening for some chicken strips and cole slaw!!

Nothing. Notta. Food wasn't the first thought that came to my mind once getting a phone call from my brother. But I'd like to consume a healthy breakfast!

and i just finished two egg omelet w/onion shredded carrot and mozzarella cheese cooked in olive oil11am

Breakfast - Kashi cereal w/milk
Snack - water, yogurt
Lunch - Broccoli soup and cauliflower/chick pea/chard mix with spices (all homemade, yum)

A boiled egg and piece of turkey sausage for breakfast. For lunch I had a small veggie salad.
